Hi everyone,

Live is Live! The peak period for the math Abitur exams has begun, and in addition to my tutorials, I’m currently hosting livestreams. The world continues to move rapidly toward the future—Meta’s latest LLM, Llama3, is now available.

In addition to math videos, Mathefragen.de, workbooks, and AI learning assistants, there is a high demand for live classes. That’s why I currently go live 1–2 times a week to work through actual exam problems and do my best to address questions that come in via chat. This is meant to demonstrate how well-equipped teachers—for example, in schools—can reach and teach countless people. To do this, I make use of the perfectly equipped infrastructure at INU. Soon, we’ll also be testing entirely new ways of producing podcasts so we can share knowledge in an even more interactive way.

P.S.: Here are my top tips for the math Abitur exam, which were published in theWAZ.l

Responsibility for Education and Training!

Our dear friend Ibo Ahmiane ( known as “ProfessorFinanzen”) hosted a Fincreator event , and it was a fantastic gathering featuring a mix of presentations and networking. Once again, I had some great conversations with, among others, Jerome (aka Onkel Banjou), Luca Rolle, Teaching Finance, and interesting new people from the world of finance. Maybe there will soon be “Math by Daniel Jung” in China…

As a media company focused on knowledge, we are currently working to create an apprenticeship position in this field and want to do our part to help ensure a promising career path for the next generation!

Open to open source.

The world continues to advance at an exponential rate, and Meta (formerly Facebook) has released the latest version of its LLM,Llama3.

Opinions on the open-source approach are divided within the community. I’m pursuing the same idea with our AI learning assistant and believe that, with proper and sensible modeling, open source is the right way to develop future AI models with maximum transparency and collaboration. I’ve learned from my experiences in the tech sector over the past few years, and I’m currently trying to apply these lessons as best I can to our AIEDN project—Artificial Intelligence in Education.

At this point , I’d like to recommend a recent talk by Gerd Leonhard, which I’ve already had the pleasure of attending in person:“The Impact of AI on Education, Work & Jobs.”
Thank you for your time and support, and don’t forget to take a break every now and then, despite all this breakneck pace . It can be a brief moment, like the two times this week when I picked up my nephew from school and treated us to waffles with ice cream, or, like now, a weekend getaway from the daily grind to a great city—Hamburg.

With that in mind: Happy Learning!
Daniel
